An Equal Music

by vikram seth. this book is about a guy's undying love for music and a girl; both of which he lets slip off his hands.
i would recommend this book to those people only who have a lot of interest in classical music. and to those who have proven themselves to be a complete idiot in a relationship.
this book made me depressed too. but it was a very nice read till the end; the effects of the story are still lingering in my head.

the next book i have in my hand is paulo coelho's the alchemist.

The Orange Girl

'when we awoke the sun stood high in the sky. she was the first to stir, and i'll never forget what it felt like to be woken by her. i could no longer tell what was imagination and what was reality; perhaps the borderline between them didnt exist anymore. all i knew was that i was no longer wondering about looking for the orange girl. now i had found her.'

because no two oranges are alike...

the orange girl ... by jostein gaarder, has become one of my all time favourite books. it's simply wonderful, sweet and cute!
guys, a sincere advise, if you want to gift a nice book to your girls, this is the right book!
the story is built around, as the name suggest, the orange girl. once you start reading this beautiful love story, you will not be able to resist the temptation to read it till the very end. the cute mysterious orange girl has a charisma that is very difficult to resist. a must read.

for my next-next read, i want to have sophie's world by the same author. my next read is lying on my bed side; 'an equal music' by vikram seth.
